What is Devum?

Devum is a SaaS/ web-based low-code platform that can be used to build software applications with minimal / zero code.


What can I build using Devum?

Just about any Web App you can think of.  Devum can also be used to create mobile (Android & iOS) apps, reports and 3D digital twin dashboards.


Is Devum no-code or low-code?

Devum is mostly no-code with a few low-code elements required for more advanced app development aspects.


What are some of the differentiators of Devum versus  some other alternative low-code systems?

Devum is an all in one suite of solutions to provide an end to end platform for app building requirements. Some low-code platforms only provide a few pieces of the puzzle. 

Our architecture is modern and integration friendly.  Devum is integration-friendly in its design meaning that it has been designed to connect to a variety of data sources.

Devum also allows its users the means to build rich, 3D orientated digital twins, something which very few low code providers offer.

The platform, with its visual design and app building interface, is also super-user friendly!


Can I Really Develop Apps without any coding knowledge?

Yes, absolutely. You do not have to have any knowledge about professional software development languages or programming at all.  Some IT proficiency is of course recommended - if you can work with office programs you can use most of Devums' features.


What does Devum cost? 

The best way to answer is that Devum has a range of prices...from free to use to enterprise-level costs.

Devum is billed monthly according to a subscription plan. Plans range from free to a few thousand dollars a month. Keep in mind though that cloud hosting costs may apply as you scale the use of your app upwards.


Are there any hidden costs?

There are no hidden costs - Devum pricing is comprised of the subscription fee, which grants you a license to create apps using Devum. The variable pricing component lies in the server resources you require for your app - which is the case with any SaaS-based cloud platform. The larger the scale of your needs the higher the fees may be, but it is always directly proportioned to your use, meaning that you will only get charged for what you use, and nothing more.


Will I get tied to any contracts or lock-ins when I sign up to Devum?

No - Devum allows month to month subscriptions and you can exit at any time.


Is there any support or training provided?

All of our clients have access to our user guides and community resources. We provide different levels of support based on the subscription plan you are using - all plans offer some level of support though.
